Nail Addict - Winter Themed Nails
- Start with a clear/base coat
- Do 1 or 2 coats of white or a very light pink
- Put 1 coat of a fluorescent cool color
- Take a toothpick or dotting tool
- Put some white on a piece of wax paper (for this I do not recommend using a very light pink. But remember every snowflake is unique!)
- Take the toothpick, dip it into the color on your wax paper
- Make a snowflake design with your toothpick on your nail
- Enjoy!
