Photo editing

Hi everyone its Caro. First of all, I cannot believe I got 12 pageviews previously. You all are AWESOME! So if you want to edit a picture for any reason here are a few sites where you can do it. This is the first website http://ipiccy.com/ which is called iPiccy. The next website is http://www.picmonkey.com/ which is also a bit more known than iPiccy. This website is called picmonkey. The only problem with picmonkey is you have to I think pay to get some effects which is called a royale. With Royale you get a limited time free trial. So lets now take a step through each website.

iPiccy:

This is what the website of iPiccy looks like.

Where you go to create an account or sign in.

I made a little example of a create a new account. (the circles in the password is your own password)
You might need to edit your profile.

You might see this after. I am clicking let's edit my photos!

You can create a collage or upload a photo for editing. I am going to upload a photo for editing.

You will most likely come up with this. (ps that picture is not of me) You can change what you want to edit up top where the camera, wand, face, etc. is.

Happy editing on iPiccy.

picmonkey:

Chose what you want to do here.

I am doing edit a photo. There in the circled place is where you can choose what you want to do to the picture.

Enjoy using picmonkey.

I hope you all enjoyed this post. Stay tuned for an exciting post on Saturday!

Have a great day,
Caro

The Truth about Series-Episode #1

Hello everyone I came up with a brilliant idea for a kind of series. It is called The Truth about Series. This series is about the realities of life. So today I will be telling you the truth about sharing a room.

What people think: "Sharing a room is awesome! I would love to share a room with someone! etc."

The Truth: "Sharing a room is a pain. The only reason I am sharing a room is because we don't have enough rooms in our house. Here are a few reasons why: The other person in your room may stay up really late talking to you or they take a SUPER long time getting to bed. If that person is older then you they may need to get up early for school. Or you need to get up earlier than the other person. You have to get changed in the dark or they turn on the light or make too much noise. It gets really annoying overtime. They might also talk to you at night."

That is the truth about sharing a room. Hope you enjoyed!

Have a great day,
Caro

PS: On Minecraft I saw a baby zombie riding a chicken.

Minecraft houses-My Minecraft house overview

This is an overview of my house, a friend of mine's house and my sister's house.

This is a "mark up" of a picture showing which houses are which. I understand if you can't read this. The house circled in green is my sister's house. The house circled in fuchsia is my house. The house circled in aqua is my house. (the red area is the town border.) We were supposed to live in that town but there was not enough space to build our houses in the town.

I am now going to a close up to my house.
!WARNING! There have been changes to my house since I took these earlier pictures.
This is the front of my house.

Here is a close-up of my house.

This is the main room in my house.

The first floor of my house.

My greenhouse where I grow my pumpkins, melon, carrots, potatoes, wheat, and sugarcane.

Another perspective of my garden.

The way to my basement.

First part of basement.

Second part of basement.

Back upstairs where my bed is.

Overview of second floor.

Second room on second floor.

Indoor pool :)

I hope you all enjoyed this post. I did not mean to brag at all about my house.

Enjoy your day,
Caro

Minecraft Tip: Mining

When you go mining there are a few essentials you need to go mining.

  1. Dirt-There are going to be many gaps and out of reach places. Dirt is useful for that.
  2. Pickaxes-You will be needing many pickaxes. Pack about 3 stone pickaxes, 1 iron pickaxe, and 1 diamond pickaxe. (or you could do 1 diamond pickaxe in stead of adding on an iron pickaxe)
  3. Food-During your trip you will most likely become hungry. If not, it is always good to have your hunger bar full in case you take a fall you will recover. So don't forget to eat up until your full before leaving the house.
  4. Torches-In a mine there are many hard to see places. It is good to pack a big amount of torches so you don't need to pick up everyone you put down as you go.
  5. Potions-It will  be useful if you also pack a few 8 minute invisibility potions to go past places with mobs. When you are invisible mobs cannot see you. (AWESOME!) Also if you fall from a high places it maybe helpful to have a potion of heath, or regeneration. Last potion recommendation is a fire resistance potion. In many mines there are places full of lava. Just as a precaution it is a safe idea.
I hope you all enjoyed this tip and use it the next time you go mining in Minecraft. I used this method to mine yesterday and I found iron, coal, redstone, gold, diamond, and lapis lazuli (is that how u spell it?).

I hope you have a great day,
Caro

Update-Where have I been?

So recently I haven't been posting because of school and even though I have been having vacation, vacations can be busy too. I have been attending swim meets because I qualified for special meets. Also in New England where I live there is just sooo much snow. Here is a buzzfeed post to prove it. http://www.buzzfeed.com/mjs538/please-stop-snowing#.tmxqplPQ0 I promise I  will be back posting soon. I will try to get a post out tomorrow if possible.

Have a great day,
Caro

#MOTN

So you may be thinking what does #MOTN mean? Well it means meal of the night. So if you are ever stuck on what to make for dinner #MOTN will help. So you can do #MOTN on twitter, and instagram to give others ideas on dinner. So this is my #MOTN:

Burger with a bagel thin bun
(I didn't have a regular hamburger bun so I used this as a substitute)
French fries
String beans
ketchup
(optional if you like this with your burger or fries! :) )

I hope this post will help you with future dinners. Enjoy if you ever make it!

Have a great day,
Caro ♥

Update

Hi guys so I don't have a super interesting post for today but I just wanted to give you all an update because the week after  next week is February break for me. I'll be planning some posts to do for that time. But I know I am going to be doing a DIY barbie clothing post that might come up sooner than break. I also wanted to mention that I am not going to be posting anything tomorrow most likely unless I have time because I have a track meet. Also today at practice I hurt my Achilles tendon and hurt my shin. I already told everyone on my family and my friends and I still feel like talking about it, So I'm pretty much just putting it out there.

Have a great day,
Caro

Minecraft Tip/More screenshot viewing

So I was bored in minecraft today on survival and it was night and had pumpkin and other items and tried it on my head among many other things. And the pumpkin actually went on my head!

Me in my minecraft house with a pumpkin on my head.

So this is how it works:

Put the pumpkin were you would usually put a helmet on you.

This is what/how you see when you put the pumpkin on your head.

I hope you all enjoyed this fun an quick minecraft tip. I find the pumpkin head thing super cool. I think you can put a cake on your head but I didn't have a cake or the materials to make a cake.

Enjoy your weekend,
Caro

DIY #7

If you saw a previous DIY  I said that I would be doing pom-poms to save some money on yesterday's DIY and save money in general.

Today's DIY-

Supplies/where to get items-
Yarn- craft store, hom
Scissors- craft store, Target, home
Fork-Target, grocery store, home

This is the link to the website. It is a french website. I personally know and understand french. (I am fluent) But there should be a translate option pop-up around the top of the page. More Minecraft screenshot viewing

So I got bored so I decided to make another post of my previous screenshots I had made. So I hope you like this kind of post at the moment. I promise once I think of an Idea and it is February brake I will be making more interesting posts. So lets get into it! ☻

My fireplace in my house in creative mode.

Me in the snow! I absolutely love snow. My school has had 4 snow days already and people are getting tired of snow days and snow and I'm like "Bring on the snow!" lol.

The sun behind a hill and trees in amplified world. (yes, I probably have a "beefy" computer)

View from above the clouds. I was mainly capturing the waterfall that appeared to have mist around it.

More snow with these packed ice sculptures. (I didn't put them there)

A snowy sunset .

Bedtime! This is my bedroom is the same house with the fireplace. BTW it is snowing out! :)

The snow golem I made the following morning once I woke up outside of my house. (I tried to clear the path outside my house a little but gave up)

I got bored so I decided to spawn A TON of random animals. As you can see.

A bunny and I thought it looked cute and the perspective of where it was looking was amazing. ☻

I was so proud of myself! I caught a bunny jumping in mid-air! ☻

And same goes for this picture.

Just a random scenery picture.

Aaaaand more snow. Of course. ☻

So I hope you all like these screenshots. Sorry I had a ton to show you but it was a good way to pass my time somewhat productively.

Have a great day,
Caro

lol I was jut thinking of the ways I have always misspelled my name and the most common mistake was Carpo. Wow fail me...

Minecraft screenshot viewing

Hi everyone so I recently have been bored on Minecraft so I decided to make some screenshots and share them with you all. If you are thinking "where is the lets play Minecraft that you promised us?" Don't worry that is coming. So lets get into it.

I spotted a black and white splotched bunny.
The sun started to set and I tried to get a perspective of the difference between light and dark.
The sun set was finishing and the sun was slightly peeking out.
It was night and I was on top of a hill. Lighting from a torch, safe from mobs below. (They are kind of hard to see.)

I hope you enjoyed these screenshots. Comment below if you want to see more of this because I enjoy doing this.

Enjoy your day,
Caro

Super Bowl

Hi! So the super bowl is today and I am so excited because the Patriots are playing! :) So happy. So on a channel in Massachusetts there is a radio channel called jamin' 94.5 and earlier today there was a parody of Big Sean's song I don't f**k with you. Here is the link to the song. No offense to any Sea Hawks fans out there reading my blog. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gi-A_NFlZBA Go Patriots! (that's my opinion)

Have a great day and enjoy the super bowl,
Caro

Minecraft tip: viewing screenshots on a pc computer

Hey everybody! It's Caro. This is so insane tomorrow I am having the third snow day over the past week. I had a snow day last week on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm so freaking happy!!!! :) So, for today's post I am showing you how to view your screenshots. I know in Minecraft for me when ever I made a screenshot I couldn't see it so I didn't know what was the point of having screenshots.

You take a screenshot by pressing the F2 key on your computer. Then you go to start, go to the search bar and type in run. Then click the run icon to run the program. Then in run you will type in %appdata% then your library will come up and you will now look for the .minecraft folder and open the folder and find a screenshot folder within the .minecraft folder.

I hope you found this post helpful.
Have a great day,
Caro
