Workout Life Hacks

Hello its caro. So everyone needs motivation to exercise if you are not a a team of any sort.
So here are some tips:
The night before you want to exercise, put your workout clothes out.
Set alarms throughout the day to remind you that you need to exercise.
Some people say if you get cute exercise clothes it motivates you to exercise. I'm not sure if it works.
Set goals for exercising, like being able to do 10 pull ups, or 15 push ups, or get abs.
Once you have set your final goal examples shown above, you need to set goals for your workout. For example, doing Russian twists to the length of a song of choice.
