
I would recommend eating oranges or grapefruit and drinking orange juice or fruit juice. I would recommend getting lots of rest so at night, go to bed early! Also drink lots of water.

I would also recommend adding some Emergen-C to your water which gives you a boost in vitamin C which helps you not get sick.
My last tip is to exercise. Weather it's taking a walk around town, doing push ups, swimming, running, etc. it all helps.
